Andrew Armendariz from our Field Operations Division about what it takes to become a New Mexico game warden, and how to navigate the current hiring process.<\/p>\n

This session aims to provide information on what a career as a game warden looks like, and why wildlife law enforcement plays an essential role in our Department. We are currently hiring game warden recruits, so this is your opportunity to learn how to apply, what the requirements are, what the training timeline looks like and to ask questions about the process.<\/p>\n

The educational requirements to become a game warden include a bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited college or university in any field with at least 12 credit hours that pertain to the essential duties and responsibilities of this classification.<\/p>\n
