Toys for Tots Gunning for Gifts 2013

Just a reminder about the “Annual Toys for Tots Gunning for Gifts Match” It will be the weekend December 14, 2013. It will be held at the Butterfield Sportsman’s Range 12 miles west of Las Cruces on I-10 exit 127 and follow the Toys for Tots Banners, to the multi-purpose Bays.
We will be starting at 0730 with registration the shooters brief will be at 0800, the entry fee will be a $10 unwrapped toy plus $15 to cover newly enforced range fees. There will be a lunch provided with your entry and for those not shooting a donation of $10 is requested for the lunch.
There are 6 stages one each of the following types of competition; IDPA, Cowboy Action, USPSA, Steel Challenge, Skeet and Multi-Gun. We will have Marines from the Reserve unit in El Paso assisting with the match and members from Picacho Gun Club.
The estimated round count will be a minimum of 120 rounds for pistol, 20 rounds for Rifle and 10 rounds for Shotgun. If you don’t have a Rifle or Shotgun that is fine we will be providing stage guns for those that didn’t bring theirs. The following Safety Rules will be adhered to Eye and Ear Protection at all times, there will be No cross draw, small of the back or shoulder holsters allowed. The last big rule is No Armor Piercing Ammo Allowed.
